Global Operations Consultant
Miejsce pracy: Katowice
For our Global Operation Department, we are looking for candidates for operational roles to help us in post-sales support for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Post sale handling of LCC bookings;
- Issuing of LCC bookings;
- Adding extra services, changes and refunds within LCC bookings;
- Processing refunds to customer;
- Issuing insurances;
- Bank payment verification and payments handling;
- Cooperation with external providers as well as other eSky departments.
Requirements:
- Very good written, professional and diplomatic communication skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- At least communicative command of English;
- Ability to work on shifts;
- Customer service related experience will be a plus.
