What youll do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our coffee machines, ensuring quick and effective solutions
- Act as a storyteller, sharing our brand’s values and building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with international teams and contribute to improving customer satisfaction
What we expect:
- Fluency in Czech (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Availability to work from home within Poland or from our office in Katowice - you can decide!
- Openness and willingness to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
